Message from David Meyers
ERG President and Founder
A group of 10 of us founded ERG in 1984. We're all still here,
working together to serve our clients and to do work that we believe
in. One of my goals in founding the company was to create an atmosphere
of respect, a company where everyone at all levels of the organization
would be treated with kindness and compassion. With each year, I'm
more convinced that our commitment to this goal is what makes our
success as a company possible.
How does this work? We look for people with similar goals, skills,
and dedication to client service. We look for people who embrace
our cooperative philosophy. In this atmosphere, people can develop,
grow, and diversify their skills. They can participate on project
teams that pull together to meet specific client needs. One key
result of this philosophy is that we have very low turnover of staff
or clients.
The atmosphere of respect that we apply internally is applied in
equal measure to client relationships. We listen to and learn about
our clients' goals. We develop and implement practical and cost-effective
plans to meet those goals. And we make ourselves available and responsive
to changing needs and priorities.
Each year, I work with our senior staff to contact every one of
our clients to assess our job performance. The feedback that I receive
during these assessments is nothing short of phenomenal. You might

The final product is, without question,
one of the finest JASON curriculums in our history. The writing
and editing are excellent, and the design is engaging, thoughtful,
and attractive.

and Development, JASON Foundation for Education
I know you have been putting in tons of
hours and are under a lot of pressure. You tend to complain so little
that we forget to say thanksThank you!...We have accomplished
a lot, and none of it has been easy.

to client service, a friendly working style, and the willingness
to "go the extra mile" when required by project contingencies.
