I feel very fortunate to support programs that reduce our environmental impact, conserve resources, and protect human health and it has been deeply fulfilling to see this work have a positive impact, especially in underserved and under-resourced communities.


Kim Wagoner has dedicated her career to addressing some of our nation’s toughest water challenges. For more than a decade, she has supported programs that address water efficiency and conservation, as well as programs to regulate pollutant discharges, and she has helped communities across the country identify and finance critical water and wastewater infrastructure.

Kim specializes in technology evaluation and specification development and industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, including the treatment of emerging contaminants. She has been at the forefront of program development, crafting innovative approaches and developing partnerships with water sector stakeholders to help drive innovation and positive change. 

Kim is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional. She holds a B.S. in environmental science and an M.S. in environmental science and engineering from Virginia Tech.
