EHS Management Consultant
Lexington Office

ERG, an environmental and public policy consulting firm, is seeking an individual with a strong background in environmental, health,and safety (EHS) program management to assist clients in implementing EHS management systems. Familiarity or experience with recognized system standards such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ANSI Z10, or OSHA VPP is desirable. Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus. Ideal candidates should have a masters level degree in environmental management, safety, industrial hygiene, toxicology, or public health. Environmental Meeting Coordinator
Lexington Office

The conference group has an immediate need for a full-time meeting coordinator working out of the Lexington, MA headquarters. The position is a junior to mid-level staff position.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years administrative support and meeting planning experience required. Superior organizational skills, combined with strong written and oral communication skills. Strong MS Office skills including Access, Excel, Power Point, and Word. Detail-oriented, while also able to keep the big picture in mind. Experience setting up lap tops for presentation and operation of audiovisual equipment needed for various types of meetings. Experience with basic HTML code helpful. Experience with Go-to-Meeting and other Webinar software a plus. Strong time management and follow-up skills. Ability to travel for 2-5 days at a time to meeting locations. Exhibit coordination experience a plus. Scientific background a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct hotel searches and vendor negotiations. Assist with the coordination of hotel arrangements, meeting room, and audiovisual equipment logistics. Assist in development ad distribution of meeting publicity materials. Coordinate speaker participation and assist with travel arrangements. Coordinate and conduct meeting registration and participant liaison. Perform data entry and update/maintain multiple databases. Coordinate with exhibitors and vendors and track billing. Prepare and ship meeting materials. Provide onsite support for registration, hotel arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and other logistics. Coordinate post-meeting follow-up.

Junior Developer

ERG is seeking a bright, highly motivated individual with strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills for an opening as a junior web designer/developer. Primary responsibility for web applications and web sties, create HTML templates that rely on CSS for positioning as well as typography, code sites, and provide site maintenance and uploads. Qualified candidates will have a client-focused and standards-based approach to web design and development. This position calls for someone who is able to work on multiple projects concurrently for internal and external clients while meeting project deadlines. Candidates must be proficient in HTML and in using Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and must have CSS experience and applied experience with Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
