RTP Laboratories

From interchange of I‑40 and Exit 280 go south on Davis Drive. Take a left at Keystone Park on Park Knoll Drive. Go about .3 miles. ERG is located at top of hill on the right. This is a secured facility so you will have had to make previous arrangements with someone at the lab to meet you there.  Ring the door bell at the entrance door to gain entrance to the facility. RTP Office

From interchange of I‑40 and Airport Blvd. go south on Airport Blvd (away from the airport). Proceed south on Airport Blvd. approx. 0.8. miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Airport Blvd. and W. Perimeter Park Drive. Turn right at W Perimeter Park Drive. You should get in the right lane and take the first road to the right which is Paramount Pkwy. Turn right at the first drive which will be the 1600 Building. Visitor parking spaces are to the right of the entrance. Use the main building entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. When you reach the second floor use the phone out on the balcony beside ERG’s entrance sign to notify the person you are visiting. Pick up the phone and follow the automated attendant’s instructions. From RDU Airport

Go south (towards I‑40 West) approx. 1.5 miles on Airport Blvd. cross the bridge over I‑40, and follow the main directions above.

From Chapel Hill

At the interchange of I‑40 and US‑15N/US‑501 take the I‑40 East ramp towards Raleigh. Go approx. 13 miles on I‑40 East and take exit 284A (Airport Blvd. West). You can only take a right off the exit, and follow the main directions above.

From Raleigh

At the interchange of I‑ 440 Beltline and Wade Avenue. go west on Wade Avenue. Continue on Wade Avenue (which turns into I‑40 West) for approx.. 8 miles and take exit 284 (Airport Blvd.). Take a left (south) off exit cross the bridge over I‑40 and follow the main directions above.

From Richmond

At the interchange of Interstate 85 and 501 North, Duke Street and Gregson Street (in Durham) going South, take exit 176. Take a left at traffic light to Gregson Street and Northgate (you will immediately cross the bridge going over Interstate 85. Continue going South on Gregson Street approx. 3 miles. You should be in the left lane after crossing the W. Chapel Hill Street intersection, cross the bridge and take the first left which will be the NC‑147 South/Durham Freeway South ramp towards the RDU Airport /Raleigh. Go approx. 8 miles and take exit 5A which is the I‑40 East RDU Airport/Raleigh exit. Go approx. 4 miles and follow the main directions above.

From Charlotte

At the interchange of Interstate 85 and 147S (which is the Durham Freeway) take exit 172 which says 147S Research Triangle Park. Go 12.6 miles to exit 5A which is the I‑40 East RDU Airport/Raleigh exit. Go approx. 4 miles and follow the main directions above.
