Who Can Use This Schedule?
- All federal agencies and activities in the executive, legislative,
and judicial branches.
- Government contractors authorized in writing by a federal agency
pursuant to CFR 51.1.

Corporation Control Act).
- The government of the District of Columbia.

How to Use This Schedule
Using the streamlined access provided by GSA's Laboratory Testing
and Analysis Services schedule, you can select qualified contractors
who best support your needs. In fact, the whole process can take
as little as a few days.
Step 1.
Provide your Contracting Officer (CO) with your Statement of Work
(SOW). Be sure to include a description of the work required, a
schedule for delivery of the work, and a location for delivery and
inspection of the work.
Step 2.
Work with your CO to select three contractors from the list of GSA
vendors approved to provide laboratory testing and related services.
The CO then issues a Request for Proposals/Quotations.
Step 3.
You and the CO review the contractors' responses and rates to determine
the best value of the three.
Step 4.
The CO issues a contract order to the selected contractor using
the GSA contract.
Online access to contract ordering information, terms and conditions,
up-to-date pricing, and the option to create an electronic delivery
order is available through GSA Advantage!, a menu-driven database
system. The Internet address for GSA Advantage! is http://www.gsadvantage.gsa.gov.

Our team of environmental scientists, engineers, field and laboratory
technicians, and computer scientists provides expertise in ambient
air monitoring (air toxics and PM2.5), stationary source testing,
custom analytical chemistry services, and quality assurance support.
And our laboratory is one of the few in the country that has been
successful in integrating routine and non-routine analyses, as well
as monitoring program design and execution. We specialize in the
following areas:
- Routine and custom analytical laboratory services
- Environmental monitoring
- Ambient and stationary source emissions measurement
- Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) optical spectroscopy
- Quality control and quality assurance technical support
A Sample of ERG's Capabilities
The following are samples of ERG's 20 years of experience in the
area of chemical testing and analysis:
- Collect and perform chemical analyses of more than 20,000 samples
to support a variety of national EPA ambient air monitoring
programs,
including the urban air toxics monitoring program (UAMTP), the
photochemical assessment monitoring station (PAMS) network,
and
the speciated and total non-methane organic compound (SNMOC/NMOC)
monitoring program (all ongoing).
- Developed and validated dozens of EPA Reference Test Methods,
including the VOST and semi-VOST methods for volatile and semivolatile
organic compounds.
- Performed FTIR screening testing at lime kiln facilities in
the southeastern United States to obtain uncontrolled/controlled
speciated Hazardous Air Pollutants emissions data in support of
EPA's national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants.
- Performed comprehensive tests to define emission characteristics
of municipal and hospital waste incinerators in support of EPA's
efforts to develop emission standards (MACT and NESHAP) for these
sources.
- Prepare, ship, and evaluate audit materials in support of EPA's
stationary source testing quality assurance program (ongoing).
- Prepared and delivered a workshop on implementing the emissions
sampling and analysis requirements associated with burning hazardous
wastes in boilers and industrial furnaces (BIF).
