Summarizing planning agreements is the best way to make sure that
the risk assessment stays true to its original intent. There is
no predetermined format, length, or complexity for a planning summary.
Create something that:
- Functions as a useful reference.
- Documents agreed-upon decisions.
- Serves as a point of reference for determining whether decisions need to be changed in response to new information.
- Is tailored to the risk assessment it represents.
- Helps ensure quality communication between risk managers, risk assessors, and others who will eventually need to know or use the results.
