The definition of an interested party is a changeable thing. Interested parties might be other analysts, economists, engineers, sociologists, and human health risk assessors. People who care about the decisions, such as public interest groups, neighbors, property owners, environmental groups, industry groups. Other people might be other government agencies. They might not be stakeholders, but they might be risk managers. There are also sometimes interested parties in state and local governments.
