Writing the Exposure Profile

Now we will look at the final step in characterizing exposure: preparing the exposure profile.

The exposure profile is the final product of the exposure analysis. The profile may be a written document or a module of a larger process model. Ultimately, the two profiles will be combined to estimate risk. For the exposure profile to be useful, it should be compatible with the stressor-response relationship generated in the ecological effects analysis.
