Perform an Ecological Response Analysis

Once the stressors are identified, the assessor examines what effects or responses they could cause, and under what conditions. The ecological response analysis consists of:

  • The stressor-response analysis.
  • Establishing causality (i.e., cause and effect relationships).
  • Linking measures of effects to assessment endpoints.

Let's discuss the stressor-response analysis first. There are several ways to analyze this relationship.
