manufacture of propellants, explosives, chemicals and pyrotechnics.
This includes the design of infrastructure and equipment for the
research, development, production, and test and evaluation of all
types of energetic materials. Dodgen also provides hazard evaluation
of existing and new energetic material processes and technical expertise
related to personnel protection.

woman-owned business providing quality systems implementation and
technical support to DoD, EPA, and private industry. NSTECH provides
consulting services in the areas of environmental sampling and
analysis, project planning, quality assurance oversight, communications,
and training. Project support has included providing support to
the Navy Laboratory Quality and Accreditation Office (NAVSEA 04XQ)
to develop and implement environmental quality systems policy and
guidance at the NAVSEA, Navy, DoD, and intergovernmental levels.
