Performance Measurement
ERG helps federal agencies meet increased demand to measure progress and evaluate performance resulting from the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and the Office and Management and Budget's (OMB's) Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART). We help these agencies develop short- and long-term measurable goals that are ambitious, yet realistic. We use both qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct small- and large-scale evaluations of programs, measuring progress in such metrics as customer satisfaction, increased awareness, behavior changes, and environmental changes. Our multi-disciplinary teams draw upon the expertise of ERG program evaluators, information technology specialists, economists, statisticians, policy analysts, and communications and outreach specialists.
