Alison Poe leads ERG’s Department of Defense and federal facilities planning and engineering program. She works with clients who plan, design, construct, operate, and manage real property at military installations, federal facilities, and university campuses nationwide. Alison and her team provide diverse services, including energy management, sustainability, environmental compliance, historic and natural resource preservation, construction planning, master planning, explosives safety, and chemical and industrial process engineering.
A highly experienced program manager, Alison has managed multi-disciplinary, multi-million-dollar contracts for the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Architect of the Capitol, National Park Service, and other government and commercial clients. Her expertise includes environmental policy, programmatic, technical, and regulatory compliance services.
Alison holds a B.S. in environmental science from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in biology from Salisbury University. She enjoys running, spending time outdoors, ocean breezes, and warm sand.
