Joanne, an ERG vice president, is a senior engineer and project manager with extensive experience managing long-term, highly technical, multidisciplinary contracts for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Department of Defense to produce chemicals and energetic materials and provide support to the infrastructure, assets, and environmental programs pertaining to manufacturing at industrial and chemical facilities. To address the dynamic needs of mission critical demands, Joanne assembles and leads highly specialized teams of energetic process engineers; construction project managers; electrical, chemical, and mechanical engineers; technicians; fire protection specialists; and safety professionals. In addition, Joanne has led global teams conducting environmental, health and safety assessments of oil and gas business operations and implementation of corrective action plans.

Joanne holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Union College and completed the Advanced Leadership Program at the University of North Carolina’s Keegan-Flanagan Business School.  She is a certified Project Manager Professional since 2011. Joanne enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and partaking in local outdoor activities.
