Mauricio Urias is a licensed civil engineer and multidisciplinary project manager with over a decade of experience in engineering, design, and construction for projects across the globe. He has supported the U.S. Department of Defense, state and municipal public works departments, public utility companies, and commercial and residential land developers with contract procurement, facilities engineering, and project delivery. Mauricio has served in a wide array of roles from lead designer and engineer of record to senior program management for capital improvement and investment portfolios. He has presented the appropriation process for Military Construction (MILCON) to the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer School. As senior design engineer at ERG. Mauricio provides engineering and technical expertise to develop effective solutions that achieve all client requirements and to ensure that engineering and design projects comply with applicable regulations, codes, standards, and criteria. 

Mauricio earned his B.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has Professional Engineering (P.E.) licenses in the civil engineering discipline in his home state of Nevada as well as Virginia. Mauricio avidly enjoys outdoor recreation with his growing family, volunteers as a bike mechanic, and participates in cleanups throughout the Potomac River watershed.
