Sally Fields

Senior Electrical Engineer and Quality Control Manager

As a senior electrical engineer, I embrace the challenge of engineering and design as applied to many types of projects. As part of the quality control process, it is my goal to make the execution of every design as seamless as possible and produce the best deliverable.

Sally Fields has more than 35 years of experience with electrical engineering for a wide variety of building types for public and private sector clients. She brings to her work years of experience as lead electrical engineer and a thorough knowledge of standards and methods applicable to electrical energy in building design. In addition, Sally has experience with microgrids, distributed energy resources, and EV charging, including fee-based commercial chargers, as well as electrical system designs to be made EV-ready. She also has extensive experience with the design review process, and has provided detailed design comments for code compliance, technical accuracy, feasibility, sustainability, constructability, and biddability.

Sally holds a B.S degree in engineering design from Louisiana State University and a B.S. degree in textiles and related arts from Virginia Tech. She also holds a master’s degree in environmental management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has completed postgraduate studies in industrial engineering and operations research at Virginia Tech.
