ERG’s Dr. Chi Ho Sham Contributes to Articles Featured in Journal American Water Works Association

ERG’s Dr. Chi Ho Sham contributed to two water utility management and aquifer storage articles for the American Water Works Association (AWWA) that were featured in the October 2020 issue of Journal AWWA. The first article focuses on AWWA utility management standards that promote best practices to support public utilities and help them improve sustainability and resilience. The second article regards aquifer storage and recovery (ASR), a groundwater recharge approach, and reveals insights associated with ASR system development, successes, and failures. Dr. Sham, an AWWA member since 1989, was selected as AWWA’s president-elect in 2020 and his one-year term as president will commence in June 2021.
