Paul Maleki has over 20 years of experience in construction project management, specializing in cost estimation, budget control, financial oversight, and risk management for commercial and residential projects. He has successfully collaborated with clients and project managers to align budgets with objectives, identify risks, and optimize costs.

As a senior cost estimator at ERG, Paul uses his skills to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables that clients can depend upon when making strategic financial decisions. He has led cost estimation work on projects with private sector clients and the federal government, including the Department of Defense, utilizing both MII and Success Estimator software. Before his work at DoD, he managed multimillion-dollar projects for the International Monetary Fund, Washington Metro, and U.S. Naval Academy.

Paul holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Azad University and a Master of Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
