Technical and Facilitation Support for The Nature Conservancy’s Reef Resilience Network

Project Brief
The Nature Conservancy’s (TNC’s) Reef Resilience Network (RRN) works to enhance the ability and capacity of marine managers to address the growing challenges of protecting and restoring coral reefs and fisheries. ERG supported TNC with developing accessible resources, case studies, and training materials to equip managers with the latest strategies and tools for effective marine management worldwide. Key tasks included updating and creating case studies of coral reef management approaches and strategies, developing an aquaculture toolkit, and coordinating and designing webinars and podcasts on a variety of topics ranging from community-based aquaculture to wastewater management to marine protected area financing, enforcement, and climate-smart planning. Through development of these new resources, this project has strengthened RRN's ability to share knowledge and strategies with reef managers globally, contributing to improved coral reef and fisheries management.
