I feel incredibly fortunate to work at ERG with gifted colleagues on rewarding projects, supporting efforts that are important to me. ERG provides a wide range of opportunities, a respectful work environment, and the resources we need to help our clients achieve their objectives.

Michael Sabisch is a vice president and senior mechanical engineer in ERG’s Clean Transportation group.  He develops and manages mobile source emissions and activity studies, including laboratory-based programs, “real-world” in-use test programs of light- and heavy-duty on-road vehicles, and studies of nonroad mobile sources such as construction and agricultural equipment. He has extensive experience analyzing vehicle and engine emissions and activity data and a deep understanding of powertrain and emission control systems and operation. His experience also includes analysis of light- and heavy-duty vehicle on-board diagnostic data (SAE J1939 and SAE J1979 protocols) and development and certification of vehicle emissions and activity measurement systems.

Michael is a registered professional engineer and holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of New Mexico.
