ATSDR Wins Grand Prize for Research Supported by ERG

An ERG-supported project won the Grand Prize in Research in the 2015 Excellence in Environmental Engineering and Science™ competition! The work centers on a years-long investigation by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) to evaluate whether exposure to contaminated drinking water was associated with illnesses suffered by Camp Lejeune personnel and their families. ERG provided hydrogeology services and extensive data mining, including in-depth reviews of tens of thousands of records, to support ATSDR's modeling activities.
